Dealing with COVID-19

As your local pharmacy, we are always here to provide guidance in difficult and uncertain times and the current coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic is no different.

In order to prepare for potential quarantine, we encourage all patients to ensure they have a 2 week supply of their regular medicines. This will make sure that you don’t get caught out running low on medication when staying at home. It is also a good idea to keep a supply of over-the-counter medicines just in case you need them.

If you are unwell and have been asked to self-isolate but need medicine from the pharmacy, we may be able to arrange delivery to your home. Please call 01308 862288 and we will try our best to help.

If you have symptoms or have been in contact with someone who has symptoms, please do NOT visit the pharmacy in person. It is vitally important that the pharmacy and pharmacy team are able to continue providing services to our community- so if you need to speak to us, please call first. If you need further guidance call NHS 111 who will be able to advise you.

If you are worried about catching or spreading coronavirus, please follow the simple instructions from the NHS. Regularly wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, use hand sanitiser if soap and water are not available, and cough and sneeze into a tissue or your elbow instead of your hands.

We are working hard to advise, reassure and provide services to our community at this time.
